Allison provided marketing leadership to D4C Dental Brands for 10 years. She served as a member of the leadership team that led the rebranding and growth strategy that established the company into a leading DSO, unifying several offices that were acquired by private equity. During her10 year tenure, she hired and led a 7-person team while administering a budget of more than $3.5M. Allison's contributions grew the business from $40M with 40 practices in one state to more than $250M in revenue from 130 locations across 10 states.
Allison moved on to lead the marketing department at Hero Practice Services for an additional 4 years. There, she researched target markets and customers in order to build effective marketing strategies and administered a marketing budget that reached $6M. She developed a hyper-targeted omnichannel market-specific strategy to build business for 75 practices in seven states.
Today, Allison acts as a Fractional Marketing Leader for a variety of medical and dental practices in Atlanta and beyond. She brings her corporate experience to privately owned practices to help them compete in the expanding corporate medical and dental landscape.
